Is it truly possible to create a completely stress‑free workplace environment? Yes, a stress‑free workplace is possible
@anilDebater
💎Side A

In my opinion stress free work place is possible to create. Stress in work place can be eliminated by following below best practices. Here are the list of factors that come to my mind. 1. Disagreeing to unrealistic timelines to please customer. 2. Ditching traditional hierarchy. 3. Giving importance to individuals opinions irrespective of their designation. 4. Managers should stay along with team instilling confidence and motivation and providing necessary technical support. 5. Everyone should be encouraged to innovate something in their work, but it should not be made mandatory. 6. Completion of work in given timeline should be given importance, rather than fixing and forcing resources about fixed time hours.7. Tracking every second only increases the stress rather than motivating an employee. 8. Adhoc rewards given to people who performed well is a great motivating factor. 9. Employees should not feel the indifference in the salaries paid to them especially in comparison to exhuberant salaries paid to management. 10. Management policies should be more employee friendly first, company friendly next.11. Employees should be trained and absorbed into teams that match their skills, rather than training everyone on everything.12. Forcing to work from office should not be mandated and genuine cases should be given option to work from home. 13. Strict action should be taken on employees who harass male or female employees, without fail. 14. Transparency in communication should be established throughout organisation. 15. Recognition and rewards given to employees by top management in front of complete company always boosts the morale of an employee. 16. Every employee should be offered company shares irrespective of their designation, although the offered shares can vary. This gives an all inclusive feeling and motivates employees.17. Forced holidays and office logouts to employees, balances office and personal life. This acts as stress buster.

The AI Job Apocalypse: Are We Sleepwalking Into the Next Great Depression? Progress, Not Panic
@anilDebater
💎Side B

Iindustry is going through a gigantic change because of AI. There is no doubt in that. However not every industry will be able to include AI deeply. For example, medical industry may not be able to include AI in sensitive cases. Also, while AI relies on data, human brain can think and come up with solution, when a completely new problem arises. Like a situation where a human doctor when posed with a completely new challenge, can take correct decision. However an AI system may fall or take a decision based on its relatively limited data and understanding. AI is more relevant for repetitive tasks with zero possibility of a new challenge. Also a chatbot still does not understand mostly what a customer is trying to say and may eventually have to connect to a human to get his queries resolved. AI can only become a helping hand in any field. Lets take an example of manufacturing field like car. AI can help in speeding up manufacturing process, provide modern designs. However, how radical or innovative new concept be, atlast it cannot act and change itself based on radical changes that happen in a region. AI can be an aid to a teacher, however it cannot findout whether a student understood a concept or not. AI can write code to make an application, however it cannot be as creative in thinking like humans. I feel the resources being spent on in a very short time on AI is more of an euphoria overestimating its capabilities that too in a very short time. Application and adaptation should be gradual.

The AI Job Apocalypse: Are We Sleepwalking Into the Next Great Depression? Collapse Is Coming
@anilDebater
💎Side A

The amount of strain economies are being put on electricity infrastructure is huge. Job losses due to AI is excessively manufactured rather than happening by nature. Companies are removing jobs first mainly to invest in AI infrastructure. They are not doing it bacause they already got ROI. If a company fails to get ROI after AI adoption, they will be left out in no mans land. This will cause a huge collapse.

Android vs iOS: Which mobile OS is better? Android
@anilDebater
💎Side A

I like android to iOS because of the ease of use, grouping of app messages, availability of both fingerprint and face recognition for login, avoiding more number of clicks to achieve the same tasks. These are some of the basic things that help me incline more towards android rather than iOS.

@akshman - Yes. Work life balance is lacking for many people now a days. This can definitely be improved if management thinks of every employee as a family member rather than a bonded labour. Also inline with your second.point number of forced working should be stopped. An employee should feel the responsibility towards work and that should come with motivation rather than forceful working. Also as you rightly said, companies should promote a good work culture, which retains the employees and also employees should be rewarded without any partiality. This boosts the morale of employee and also he/she feels part of organisation in true sense.
