Remember when everyone said the internet would destroy bookstores, travel agencies, and newspapers? It did. And then it created Amazon, Airbnb, YouTube, Spotify, and millions of jobs nobody imagined. AI will do the same. The people who adapt will thrive. The people who panic will get left behind. That's not new — that's literally how progress has always worked.
In the current era, finance is the most important subject of all. Children should understand how to manage money and understand concepts of debt, asset, expense management etc. Micro entrepreneurship is what is going to happen in next decade or two. Already we see youtubers, social media stars, gamers and lot of diverse skills and most of the people require but lack 1 skill which is financial management as it was never taught in school for every child.
@ram63 Progress later panic now, collapse next and recovery later. Historically that is what happened in 1929, 1945, 1991, 2008, 2019... And recovery takes 5x of collapse time, in terms of quarters. 2008 market crashed 4 quarters and to recover it took 20 quarters or 5 years, till 2013-14 it did not reach same levels in market.
